1:1 coaching for firm owners and the person who helps them implement

Biweekly 1:1 meetings for accounting firm owners. If you have staff, bring your ops or admin implementer. We meet 1:1 with you, and then bring them in.

Change happens faster when you're working together and have help from someone. If your team isn't bought in, it will be that much harder.

We start with where you are now and the problems causing you stress. Then we make a plan to address them, step by step.

The plan will not be the same for everyone, and that is why we don't do group coaching. Your plan is built for your firm, client base, software, revenue, and capacity. You won't get cookie-cutter advice.

You will be expected to take action. There is no group to hide in. This is impact coaching.

A step-by-step plan built for your firm
Every custom solution or tool we build together is yours to keep and use. That can include custom AI skills, GPTs, a database, spreadsheets, worksheets, SOPs, and more.

When we coach

Openings run in summer and fall only. We don't coach during tax season because it's not the time to be making changes and putting pressure on yourself.

Sprints run three times a year:

May to June
July to August
October 15 to December 15

Spots are very limited. I run my own firm too and don't have time for more.

Tax season support

Limited asynchronous, text-based support during busy season. It's for when you need a quick answer, a fast result, or to be pointed in the right direction.

We know you're busy and don't have time for rabbit holes and goose chases during busy season. Neither do we. We still run our firm too.
